Program #3:  Want to move into a better home or neighborhood?  We'll find you a trading partner.

     If you’re one of those rare homeowners who wants to move into a more expensive home, tell us where you’d like to live and what kind of home you’d like to own. We’ll send letters and property flyers to people whose homes match your criteria, and who have tried—and failed—to sell over the past two years. If we find you an acceptable trading partner, we’ll propose a deal that’s fair to both parties, and then work hard to make it happen.  Click here for details.

Program #4:  Want full-service representation?  We'll do it for less.
